Our 30-Day Happy Pup Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love Bouncy Buddy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Order never arrived

If your tracked order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us and we will reship it for free or give you a full refund.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Discounted items are covered by this policy too.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or your damage claim is approved, we will email you and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
